Requirements

Law degree with 6+ years of employment law experience (in-house and private practice preferred)
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, handling sensitive information discreetly
Collaborate with HR to assess legal risks and enhance employment practices
Proficient in using AI and tools to streamline legal workflows
Strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving
A team player with a positive attitude; French fluency is a plus
