ABOUT THE ROLE
A key role in the business, you will be responsible for building and growing Fable & Mane’s community across social, digital, and influencer channels, reporting to the Global Digital Senior Director. You will own end-to-end community engagement, influencer and creator relationships, affiliate and loyalty program management, and UGC strategy. You will drive customer acquisition and retention, nurture our brand community (the Tiger Tribe), and amplify brand presence through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and PR activations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
These will include but not limited to:
Community Growth & Strategy
- Own Fable & Mane’s community growth strategy across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). This is a strategic and commercial role focused on audience growth, retention, and brand-building (not day-to-day comment or DM moderation).
- Lead the development and growth of the Tiger Tribe — Fable & Mane’s brand community — designing meaningful touchpoints, exclusive activations, and community-first initiatives that deepen loyalty and drive advocacy.
- Drive affiliate and loyalty program growth through community channels, identifying and converting engaged community members into brand advocates and revenue-generating partners.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities — generating moment-based activations (e.g. cultural moments, organizational partnerships) aligned to the brand’s values and commercial objectives.
- Define and report on community performance metrics, tracking audience growth, engagement quality, retention, and the commercial contribution of community activity across platforms.
Influencer & Creator Relations
- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and talent agencies (North America)—identifying, briefing, and nurturing long-term brand partnerships across tiers (nano, micro, macro, hero).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creator and agent relationships, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth delivery of content.
- Develop and maintain targeted influencer and seeding lists for PR mailers, Always-On gifting, and product launch moments, managing logistics and tracking resulting coverage and earned media.
- Build a tiered guest list for brand events, aligned with the brand’s target demographic. Serve as the influencer-facing point of contact at events, welcoming talent and supporting their on-site experience where appropriate.
- Lead campaign wrap reporting from an influencer perspective, tracking reach, engagement, EMV, and Tribe campaign performance, and surfacing recommendations to the Global Digital Senior Director.
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations with complementary brands, creators, or cultural moments — managing end-to-end execution from concept through to launch.
Affiliate Marketing & TikTok Shop
- Lead the global development of Fable & Mane’s affiliate program, negotiating publisher partnerships, building incentive structures, and analyzing performance data to identify top partners and best practices.
- Manage Fable & Mane’s TikTok Shop Affiliate Network end-to-end: recruit and onboard affiliates, manage commission structures, brief creators on product priorities, monitor GMV performance, and optimize based on results.
- Build and evolve Fable & Mane’s TikTok Shop strategy across relevant markets, champion best-in-class creative and product animations, and support the broader brand ambassador strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage Amazon Associates (affiliate) program across global marketplaces, oversee Amazon Posts and social commerce activity, and monitor growth opportunities within Amazon’s ecosystem.
Loyalty Program (TYB)
- Own the day-to-day management and strategic development of Fable & Mane’s loyalty program on TYB, including community challenges, rewards, and exclusive activations.
- Lead brand ambassador development tied to the TYB loyalty ecosystem, identifying top community members for deeper brand involvement and seeding opportunities.
- Analyze loyalty program data to measure engagement, retention, and conversion impact, reporting learnings and recommendations to the Global Digital Senior Director.
UGC — User Generated Content
- Manage Fable & Mane’s UGC strategy via Skeepers, overseeing creator briefs, campaign setup, content moderation, and rights management.
- Support retailer content needs through end-to-end UGC asset generation (North America), covering casting, briefing and content direction, approvals, product allocation, and budget management within the wider influencer budget.
- Work closely with the wider marketing, creative, and retail/commercial teams to ensure UGC assets are integrated into paid social, e-commerce, and organic content pipelines.
- Track and report on UGC performance metrics, identifying high-performing content formats and creators for ongoing partnerships.
Paid Social Coordination
- Act as an ambassador for ad format best practices across the team. Optimize social paid planning based on performance and coordinate between the Fable & Mane marketing team and digital agency to ensure effective deployment across all channels.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have:
- 3–5 years of experience in community marketing, influencer relations, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or a related digital marketing role, ideally within beauty or wellness.
- A proven track record of building and growing engaged communities that drive both brand affinity and commercial results.
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs and social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience working with loyalty and advocacy platforms, such as TYB or similar community and rewards programs.
- Experience developing and scaling UGC programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and measure impact.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, think creatively, and contribute to a growing, high-performance team.
