Requirements

A proven track record in production leadership within the personal care or cosmetics sector.
Experience managing multiple production lines and a sizeable workforce, preferably between 50 and 150 employees.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic production plans that enhance efficiency and quality.
Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a history of implementing process improvements.
Strong understanding of GMP compliance and the regulatory landscape affecting manufacturing.
Practical experience in resource management, including budget oversight and supply chain coordination.
Exceptional collaboration skills, having worked alongside R&D, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
