Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or program delivery.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven expertise with contact center technologies and how they enhance customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills to identify risks and devise mitigation strategies effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
