Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution.
- Active license to practice pharmacy in at least two states within the assigned region; readiness to obtain additional licenses as necessary.
- A minimum of three years in community or clinical pharmacy practice or completion of a PGY1 residency.
- Robust understanding of medication adherence and pharmacy quality metrics.
- Competence with software tools, specifically Excel or Google Sheets.
