Requirements

Proven experience in a general management role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
Strong financial acumen, with a track record of meeting revenue and profitability targets.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks and performance metrics.
Ability to adapt to industry trends and apply insights to strategic decisions.

Base salary starting at $100K, with potential earnings up to $150K OTE.
Performance bonuses ranging from $5K to $60K, based on achieving key milestones.
