Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee relations and union engagement.
- Proficiency in HR case management systems, preferably HR Acuity.
- Strong understanding of employment laws including Title VII, FMLA, and NLRA.
- Experience in data analysis for identifying ER trends and program enhancement.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% across assigned locations.
- PHR or similar certification is a plus.
