Requirements

3-5 years in a client-facing role within a SaaS environment, particularly focused on onboarding or technical account management.
Proficient with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot, with a solid grasp of marketing automation integration practices.
Exceptional communication abilities, capable of distilling complex information into actionable insights for customers.
Comfortable working U.S. hours, aligning with client schedules, specifically until 6:00 PM EST.
