The Customer Loyalty team at Cvent is focused on nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our technology. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, identifying their needs and helping to solidify their loyalty to our platform.

Requirements

6+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on relationship management and escalation resolution.
Proficient in Salesforce for tracking escalations, managing case reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Strong analytical skills to dissect complex issues and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Experience in negotiating solutions and managing expectations with executive-level clients.
A solid grasp of Cvent’s product offerings, from event management to booking solutions.
