Requirements

8+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing in the tech industry.
Proven track record of leading complex projects and balancing creator needs with business goals.
Passionate about platforms, podcasts, and video creators with a solid grasp of market trends.
Experience in driving product adoption and developing go-to-market plans with R&D teams.
Strong collaboration skills across product management, engineering, and data science.
Excellent communicator, able to influence at all organizational levels.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Base salary range: $126,953 - $181,361 plus equity.
