As part of this mission, we’re seeking a Practice Innovation Specialist based in California to support practices in their journey towards improved care delivery.

Requirements

Residency in California is mandatory.
A degree from an accredited institution or significant equivalent experience in medical practice management (4-6 years) is essential.
At least 3 years of experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) in a clinical setting.
Demonstrated ability in project management and team collaboration.
Proficiency in tools for process mapping and workflow analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary; you’ll need to convey information clearly and effectively.
