Requirements
- Residency in California is mandatory.
- A degree from an accredited institution or significant equivalent experience in medical practice management (4-6 years) is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in tools for process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary; you’ll need to convey information clearly and effectively.
