Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in guiding customers through their journey with us, whether they are retail customers or wholesale partners.

Requirements

3–5 years in customer service, ideally from a call center or support background.
Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and platforms like LeafTrade.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be composing emails and responding to inquiries daily.
Familiarity with cannabis products, especially terpenes and cannabinoid profiles, is highly beneficial.
Ability to multitask effectively in a remote work setting, prioritizing inquiries and resolutions.
High attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
A genuine interest in customer success and community wellness.
