Requirements

5+ years of operations experience in a high-traffic, regulated environment, such as pharmacy or healthcare.
A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Proven capability in managing multiple projects and priorities within a facility.
Strong organizational skills with a track record for delivering on deadlines.
Experience implementing compliance and quality programs.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to coordinate with remote teams effectively.
