Requirements

Active Secret security clearance is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Centered Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in crafting user-centered solutions in an Agile or SAFe environment.
A robust portfolio showcasing your design process, user research, and results that matter.
Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of SAFe methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
