Engineering Manager - Remote Opportunity

We’re focusing on advancing mental healthcare through innovative software solutions. In this remote role, you will directly guide a skilled engineering team working to streamline the provider experience, ensuring our technology helps bridge the gap in mental health access.

Requirements

A minimum of three years in an Engineering Management role, successfully guiding teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Experience as a Software Engineer for three to five years, with a deep understanding of the technical landscape.
Proven ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships across different functions, promoting a shared vision for product development.
A technical foundation that includes familiarity with Python, React, and AWS cloud services.
Experience in the health tech sector or in developing products aimed at end-users is highly valuable.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
