The Data Solutions Specialist role is embedded within a mission-driven environment focused on enhancing data accessibility for U.S. Veterans. Your hands-on expertise will shape the future of data integration, directly impacting the operational framework of federal services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master’s is a plus.
8+ years navigating modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Denodo.
Proficiency in Starburst Enterprise Platform (SEP) or substantial experience with Trino/Presto.
Strong command of SQL, with an emphasis on enhancing distributed query performance.
Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure, and familiarity with hybrid data integration.
Knowledge of IAM frameworks and best practices around data security.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, as well as Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
