Finance Analyst for Client Success

Real Chemistry is a well-established agency, focused on blending finance acumen with client success strategies. We’re currently seeking a Finance Analyst to support our Client Finance team in managing the financial health of our client projects.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
At least one year of experience in Client Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a related finance role, preferably in an advertising or public relations context.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data efficiently.
Experience with enterprise-level financial systems; familiarity with NetSuite or Open Air is advantageous.
Strong judgment and self-motivation, allowing for independent work while remaining aligned with team objectives.
