Requirements

U.S.-based candidates only.
Willingness to travel to two annual retreats.
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of product management experience or equivalent experience in tech design, agile delivery, or strategy consulting.
Proven familiarity with the college admissions landscape and education technology trends.
Capable of crafting a clear product vision that aligns with our mission.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Experience in agile methodologies and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills for conveying product developments to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to nurture a culture of innovation, guiding teams through change.
Proficiency with collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Atlassian.
