Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
4+ years of HR experience, particularly in recruiting and onboarding.
Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting with precision.
Strong operational skills—comfortable juggling various tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems to ensure data accuracy.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
