Requirements

Compact Nursing License is essential; willingness to obtain it is also acceptable.
A minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse, with experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Surgical Services.
Proficiency with technology, including navigating multiple applications while documenting calls.
Strong typing skills for efficient communication.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Must reside in a Compact state and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Commitment to complete a structured three-week training orientation.
Availability for two out of every three weekends, including holidays.
Experience multitasking and maintaining composure during high-call volumes.
Ability to communicate empathetically with patients and families while adhering to protocols.
Willingness to maintain CEUs as required by state regulations.
Pass background and nursing license checks.
