Requirements
- Compact Nursing License is essential; willingness to obtain it is also acceptable.
- A minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse, with experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Surgical Services.
- Proficiency with technology, including navigating multiple applications while documenting calls.
- Strong typing skills for efficient communication.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Must reside in a Compact state and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Commitment to complete a structured three-week training orientation.
- Availability for two out of every three weekends, including holidays.
- Experience multitasking and maintaining composure during high-call volumes.
- Ability to communicate empathetically with patients and families while adhering to protocols.
- Willingness to maintain CEUs as required by state regulations.
- Pass background and nursing license checks.
