Requirements

Proven experience scaling revenue for SaaS companies with annual revenue between $5M to $15M.
A strong grasp of financial metrics: forecast accuracy within ±10%, net revenue retention, and a track record of reducing gross churn.
Hands-on leadership of Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Support teams.
Experience implementing systems that provide visibility and accountability across all revenue-generating functions.
A history of directly collaborating with founders, refining operational strategies, and instilling a culture of disciplined execution.
Comfort in environments where ambiguity is the norm and decisions must be made quickly.
