Demonstrated success in hiring across diverse functions, including GTM, Product, and Engineering.

Experience in creating and refining recruiting frameworks that prioritize the candidate experience.
Strong communicator with a knack for systematic thinking and decisive judgment.
Proficiency in leveraging recruitment technology to enhance processes and maintain relationships.
