This role focuses on nurturing distributor partnerships, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand visibility in retail settings. Your leadership will be pivotal in executing our strategy across a vibrant product line.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of sales management experience within the beverage or CPG sector.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is essential.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
A solid understanding of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) networks and distributor performance metrics.
Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
