Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of sales management experience within the beverage or CPG sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- A solid understanding of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) networks and distributor performance metrics.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
