Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
4+ years in roles requiring strong problem-solving skills (management consulting, investment banking, etc.)
Structured thinker with strong analytical skills
Quick learner who translates knowledge into actionable insights
Proven initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
