Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field like Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
A minimum of 1-3 years working in aseptic processing or sterile compounding in regulated environments.
Hands-on familiarity with cGMP regulations and USP <797> standards.
Experience with equipment qualification, validation, and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of sterilization methods and cleanroom operations.
