Requirements

5+ years in leadership roles within grocery, retail, culinary, or hospitality sectors.
Experience in managing daily operations and team performance.
Strong grasp of financial analysis, including sales, margins, and labor management.
Hands-on approach with the ability to guide teams on the floor and back-end.
Capacity to lift up to approximately 25 pounds; accommodations available.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when necessary.
