Requirements

Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) with specialty residency in adult primary care (family medicine, internal medicine, geriatric medicine).
Experience: Minimum two years of direct patient care; familiarity with quality improvement and population health strategies is essential.
Current residency in New England.
Proficiency in data analysis, clinical workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Base salary between $175,000 and $220,000, plus bonus potential and equity opportunities.
