Position Title: Project Manager

A Project Manager is sought to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. This role requires expertise in both estimating and bidding, with a focus on industrial or commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, which may range in size and complexity. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential, as collaboration with subcontractors and clients is a key aspect of the position. Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE

Project Manager Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of project management from A-Z
Manage project budgets and estimates
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Establish and maintain customer relations
Conduct site visits for project assessments
Ensure timely completion of projects

Project Manager Requirements

5+ years of experience as a project manager with commercial or industrial experience, including estimating and bidding
Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, with formulas required
Mechanical engineering thinking or aptitude is preferred
