Requirements

7-10 years of sales experience in the beauty or consumer packaged goods sector.
Hands-on management of at least two national accounts: Walmart, Target, or Ulta.
Experience leading line reviews and creating joint business plans that align with financial goals.
Strong financial acumen; familiarity with P&L management, trade investments, and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills for modeling, coupled with proficiency in creating presentations in PowerPoint or Canva.
In-depth understanding of retail dynamics, focusing on omni-channel strategies.
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to engage with senior retail executives.
Ability to balance multiple projects while ensuring details don’t slip through the cracks.
Strong communication skills for effective engagement across various teams.
Willingness to travel as necessary for retail meetings and team collaboration.
