Requirements
- 7-10 years of sales experience in the beauty or consumer packaged goods sector.
- Hands-on management of at least two national accounts: Walmart, Target, or Ulta.
- Experience leading line reviews and creating joint business plans that align with financial goals.
- Strong financial acumen; familiarity with P&L management, trade investments, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills for modeling, coupled with proficiency in creating presentations in PowerPoint or Canva.
- In-depth understanding of retail dynamics, focusing on omni-channel strategies.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to engage with senior retail executives.
- Ability to balance multiple projects while ensuring details don’t slip through the cracks.
- Strong communication skills for effective engagement across various teams.
