Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce operations, with hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer models.
Proficient with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce, and fulfillment tools like ShipStation.
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in cross-departmental collaboration, especially with Sales and Marketing.
