Requirements

4+ years of experience in customer implementation or program management, ideally within a digital health environment.
Solid grasp of healthcare workflows, HIPAA compliance, and how these impact client projects.
Proficiency in managing diverse customer projects, ensuring they align with strategic business outcomes.
Strong collaborative skills to work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams effectively.
Ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable steps for various stakeholders.
