Requirements

Experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Proven track record in team management and development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with data analysis to inform operational improvements.
Experience with operational documentation and SOP creation.
Familiarity with scheduling and project management tools.
Exceptional communication skills for navigating complex situations.
