Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or equivalent experience.
At least five years in escalation management, specifically within healthcare preferred.
Proficient in IT service management tools; familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.
Exceptional analytical abilities paired with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and driving complex issue resolution.
Competence in maintaining detailed documentation for escalations and resolutions.
