Position Summary
Brillio is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Data & Analytics with a strong consulting background and deep Healthcare domain expertise to lead the successful delivery of strategic Data & Analytics programs for our Healthcare clients.
This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for managing multiple delivery engagements, leading cross-functional teams, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of complex transformation initiatives.
Candidates must have prior experience working in a consulting or IT services organization delivering enterprise Data & Analytics programs for Healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple Data & Analytics engagements for Healthcare clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and meet quality expectations.
- Drive delivery governance, project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
- Establish best practices for delivery and continuously improve delivery processes.
Consulting & Client Management
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary delivery partner for client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology leaders.
- Lead executive steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective delivery strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and support account growth.
Program & Team Leadership
- Lead globally distributed teams consisting of Data Engineers, Architects, Scrum Masters, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
- Drive collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Data & Analytics Delivery
Manage delivery of enterprise initiatives involving:
- Data Engineering
- Data Modernization
- Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Databricks
- Snowflake
- Data Lakes & Lakehouse Architectures
- ETL/ELT Pipelines
- Data Warehousing
- Data Migration
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Data Governance
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives (preferred)
Healthcare Expertise
Lead delivery across Healthcare domains, including:
- Healthcare Payers
- Healthcare Providers
- Pharmacy
- Life Sciences (preferred)
Experience with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EDI, claims, member, provider, and clinical data is highly desirable.
Financial & Delivery Management
- Own delivery financials, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Track project health using delivery KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, compliance, and quality processes.
- Drive resource optimization and utilization across programs.
Agile Delivery
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams through sprint planning, execution, and release management.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous delivery.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive delivery excellence through robust quality assurance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Delivery or Program Management.
- Mandatory experience working in a Technology Consulting or IT Services organization (such as Brillio, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini, LTIMindtree, Wipro, TCS, HCLTech, etc.).
- Proven experience managing large-scale client-facing Data & Analytics engagements.
- Strong Healthcare domain experience supporting payer, provider, pharmacy, or life sciences clients.
- Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
