We're partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization to identify a Senior Strategic Operations Manager for a newly created, highly visible position. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Develop governance frameworks, project plans, operating cadence, and performance tracking to ensure organizational alignment and accountability.
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and operational metrics that support data-driven decision making.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning, organizational priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource planning across multiple initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational partnerships while ensuring service excellence and accountability.
- Build scalable processes, SOPs, documentation, and operational infrastructure for a growing function.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while driving collaboration across business units.
- Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, technology, and emerging AI tools.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Program Management, PMO, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or related functions.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and governance processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance and implementing scalable business processes.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP is a plus.
