Coastal Cowgirls Collective is a fast-growing custom hat bar and lifestyle brand based in Tampa, Florida, built around creating unforgettable experiences. Position Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the Hyde Park Village storefront
Manage scheduling and staffing for the CCC team
Oversee inventory management for both the storefront and private events
Work closely with the Event & Partnership Manager to support events and activations
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
Lead, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced retail environment
Assist with hiring and building out the CCC team as the company continues to grow
Work alongside the Lead Stylist to support staff training and onboarding
Maintain overall store organization, appearance, and operational efficiency
Handle customer questions, concerns, and problem-solving professionally
Support sales growth through strong leadership and operational excellence

Qualifications

Previous retail management or store leadership experience required, 2+ years in retail management or similar is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and team leadership
Ability to work weekends and flexible retail hours as needed
Passion for fashion, events, retail, and customer experience is a plus
