About The Role
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and performance of our ecommerce platform — managing digital merchandising, high-converting landing pages, and UX improvements while driving revenue and optimizing the customer experience. Working closely with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and growth teams (including external agencies), you'll ensure every digital touchpoint is optimized for brand impact and commercial performance, from campaign planning and on-site storytelling to continuous testing and improvement. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role ideal for someone who blends strong analytical thinking with creative intuition and thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the E-Commerce Director to consistently improve our ecommerce capabilities to deliver the best-in-class B2C strategy that drives online sales and improves conversion rates
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across the website, taking full ownership of monthly campaign briefs that drive B2C sales, reflect brand standards, and meet industry best practices
- Oversee daily digital merchandising activities, always optimizing for enhanced user experience, increased conversions, and improved site speed and functionality
- Lead merchandising planning and on-site storytelling, ensuring content is strategically positioned to improve navigation and conversion rates across key launches, campaigns, and promotions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and growth teams to develop integrated campaigns optimized for full-funnel performance across all digital touchpoints
- Support the development and execution of the eCommerce campaign calendar, contributing to campaign and promotional ideation, product bundling strategies, and on-site storytelling that drive engagement, conversion, and incremental B2C revenue
- Develop and maintain a testing and personalization roadmap for landing pages — driving continual improvement in ROAS, CAC, CVR and building top-converting experiences that maximize media CRM performance
- Support the Director of E-Commerce on UX/UI and web development initiatives — implementing innovative features, designs, and optimizations to enhance the user experience and increase conversions
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve organic traffic, optimize on-page SEO, and execute content-driven commerce strategies
- Create reports, dashboards, and analyses that measure performance and surface opportunities. Present observations and learnings of ecommerce campaigns and A/B test results to key stakeholders
- Support the growth and evolution of subscription and loyalty programs
- Partner with CRM teams to optimize email and SMS campaigns for retention and revenue growth
- Support Director of Ecommerce with UX/UI and web development strategies, implementing innovative designs, features, and optimizations to continuously improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates in alignment with B2C roadmap
- Support the optimization of product listings, content strategy, and performance tracking on Amazon
- Lead monthly reporting on B2C projects, campaigns, and site performance, creating dashboards, analyses, and presentations that surface insights, inform content needs, and guide future strategy for key stakeholders
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, continuously piloting new digital marketing initiatives, tools, and ideas to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer behavior
- Manage the work of external agencies for eCommerce projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record optimizing website content and managing digital campaigns in a performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Shopify+ (or similar platforms), Google Analytics, and heat mapping tools
- Deep understanding of the digital customer journey and how to influence behavior through UX, messaging, and storytelling
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and landing page optimization strategies
- Comfortable interpreting data from GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Clarity, and similar tools to make strategic content and site decisions
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, paid media strategies, and email/SMS marketing
- Experience managing Amazon and working within Seller Central is a plus
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills — able to juggle multiple campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders with ease. Experience with Asana or similar tools highly desired
- Driven, self-motivated, curious, and excited to develop and grow the B2C business
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work independently and autonomously while proactively achieving goals and completing tasks on time

The Pay Range For This Role Is
95,000 - 120,000 USD per year(West Hollywood, CA)
