Requirements
- Proven experience in general management or operations, specifically in power management, ideally spanning five years.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting financial and operational data to influence strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies for effective problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure.
- BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Lean Certification is advantageous.
