Requirements
- A minimum of five years in kitchen or retail management, showcasing your leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience managing at least four locations simultaneously, with a clear understanding of multi-unit operations.
- A strong grasp of culinary standards and customer service excellence.
- Proficient in financial analysis, capable of interpreting data to drive improvements in efficiency and service.
- Willing and able to travel throughout Texas, with up to 75% of your week devoted to on-site locations.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential for this role.
