Requirements

Over a decade of experience in program management or business operations, with a focus on cross-functional programs.
At least five years of experience in a leadership role, mentoring and developing senior team members.
A proven track record of delivering on high-stakes projects with clarity and reliability.
Strong analytical skills to navigate complex data and make informed decisions quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, matrixed environment, with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
