Event A/V Operations Manager

The San Diego Padres are dedicated to delivering memorable experiences at Petco Park, where every event, from baseball games to concerts, requires precision and expertise in audio and visual production. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every sound, image, and live feed aligns perfectly for both our team and attendees.

Requirements

A minimum of four years in A/V operations or event production, preferably in a venue or broadcast environment.
Advanced proficiency with Ross Acuity switchers, Evertz routers, and Daktronics show control systems.
Strong hands-on skills with Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video editing and content generation.
Experience in supervising part-time crews and orchestrating complex live events.
Knowledge of baseball and familiarity with the Padres organization is beneficial.

Benefits

Base salary of $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
