Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years in multi-unit management, with a successful track record.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to cultivate talent and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
