At PointClickCare, our Product Support Team is essential in enhancing the experience of healthcare software users. This team not only resolves client issues but plays a key role in shaping product functionality through customer insights.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, while not mandatory, is preferred.
At least one year in a technical support role, ideally focused on software applications.
Familiarity with root cause analysis and experience using tools like MS Visio, Tableau, or SQL.
Experience in SaaS support or within the healthcare sector is a bonus but not a strict requirement.
A solid background in customer support, preferably with five years in helpdesk or product support roles.
