Requirements

3+ years of customer support experience, ideally in a call center.
Familiarity with HR principles; practical experience is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in computer use with a knack for research.
Experience managing sensitive employee information with discretion.
Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and adjust priorities as needed.
