Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or equivalent teaching experience in an elementary classroom setting.
Authorization to work in the U.S., along with a stable residence.
Proficiency in elementary math and English Language Arts; must score 90% or higher on our assessment.
Access to reliable high-speed internet and a professional space for conducting sessions.
Commitment to consistent weekly availability during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
A willingness to engage with students and families, maintaining communication regarding progress.
