The team at Revolution Prep is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for K-5 students across the nation. As a Remote Learning Coach, you will play a significant role in guiding young learners, providing them with the support they need to thrive academically, all from the comfort of your home.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or equivalent teaching experience in an elementary classroom.
Proven proficiency in elementary math and ELA, demonstrated through a targeted assessment.
Permanent U.S. residency and authorization to work required.
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace; essential tech equipment will be provided if needed.
A commitment to regular availability for tutoring sessions, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Willingness to engage with families about student progress and set specific academic goals.
